Regardless of what type of work we are performing for our clients, there are certain principles that dictate how we operate as a firm. The following are some of the core beliefs that shape our practice.

  • By serving the needs of the client first all else will fall into place (The Golden Rule);
  • Financial transparency is paramount for a successful long term relationship. It is imperative that our client’s financial objectives and our business model are in a clear “line of site.” We sit on the same side of the table as our clients;
  • Our clients, partners and staff deserve a professional organization;
  • The staff is empowered to address and resolve any problems and concerns immediately. Things usually go smoothly but when they don’t we make sure they get fixed immediately;
  • We have a significant responsibility to our clients. They entrust us with important confidential information and we ensure that we safeguard that information; and
  • Trust is earned. It takes years to develop the trust our clients have in us and only minutes to undo it. Careful communication is crucial to maintaining a healthy, long term relationship.
