Christopher M. Duffy, J.D., our managing partner and staff attorney specializing in estate planning, is a graduate of the University of Vermont and Brooklyn Law School, and is licensed to practice law in the states of Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey. Chris has worked in both large and small law firms, first as Legal Assistant at Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays, & Handler, a large New York City law firm, then at Segal and Meltzer, a small firm initially as a Law Clerk and later as an Associate. At Segal and Meltzer, he specialized in representing and counseling wealthy business owners, entrepreneurs and their families in the arenas of business organizations, estate planning and commercial litigation. After his experience in New York, Chris decided to settle in Massachusetts and further refine his professional practice to focus on counseling clients in their estate and business planning.
